How the included insurance works
- When your pet goes home, we activate the included policy with the insurance provider using the contact details on your reservation.
- You receive the policy documents directly from the insurer, including the free-look period during which you can review or decline the policy per the insurer’s terms.
- Continuing coverage after the included period is entirely your choice, on the insurer’s published pricing.
