This policy describes how Petlovin' LLC (“Petlovin'”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use this website, contact us, or purchase from us.

1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, delivery address — when you inquire, reserve, pre-order, or purchase;
• Purchase records — the animal, amounts paid, payment method type (never full card numbers, which go directly to our payment processors), documents delivered and acknowledged;
• Communications— messages you send us, chat transcripts with our team or AI assistant, and call recordings where permitted by law (you’ll always hear a disclosure);
• Site usage — pages visited, referring campaign (UTM parameters), device type, via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

2. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and complete purchases;
• To send transactional messages — confirmations, receipts, delivery scheduling, required disclosures and records;
• To follow up on your interest (a real person may call or text you after you ask about a pet — that’s the point);
• To activate included insurance with the insurer, at your direction;
• To measure marketing and improve the site;
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to pet dealers.

3. What we share — and what we never sell

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to serve you: payment processors, the insurance provider (to activate your included policy), financing providers (only when you start an application), our email/SMS providers, and analytics vendors. Each is bound to use your data only for the service they provide to us.

4. Payments

Card details are entered into fields hosted by our payment gateway and travel directly to the processor — they never touch our servers. Financing applications happen on the provider’s own secure systems; we receive only the approval decision and funding status.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies for sign-in, cart/reservation state, and first-touch campaign attribution, plus Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; transactional features may stop working, marketing measurement will.

6. Retention

Sale records are retained as required by Florida pet-dealer record-keeping rules and general tax law. Leads and communications that don’t result in a purchase are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing at any time (links in every message);
• Reply STOP to end SMS updates;
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information: email hello@petlovin.co — we respond within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law.

8. Children

This site sells companion animals to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
